Parked it, left it for a couple of hours, came back, started right up, and proceeded to drive home. Everything else in the car seemed to reset itself. Was able to use Eyesight, heated seats, radio, etc.....Except the Check Engine Light is still illuminated and the SI drive is disabled.

Your tuner should have a license and should be able to diagnose the issue. If the car is stock, subaru dealer should be able to find the issue pretty quickly.
