I have recently accepted a conditional job offer with BNSF for a conductor trainee position in Stockton, CA. Currently, I am in the background check/drug testing stage of the conditional job offer process and was initially excited about this position and new career but I have been very off-put by what I am seeing on this sub from everyone who works for the railroad.
